The Challenge
An educational board overseeing hundreds of affiliated madrasas and thousands of students across Bangladesh struggled with manual paperwork, slow mark recheck requests, unoptimized inspection reporting, and fragmented communications.
The Approach & Solution
A centralized board management system built with Laravel 11, MySQL, and mPDF — featuring automated inspection reporting pipelines, digital recheck workflows with dynamic marksheet generation, bulk SMS/email notification systems, and verifiable PDF transcripts.

Engineering Highlights
- Optimized area-wise and district-wise inspection reporting queries, consolidating redundant database calls and eliminating N+1 performance bottlenecks during high-load reporting.
- Engineered automated student certificate and academic transcript generation using mPDF with background security watermarking and dynamic Bengali number translation.
- Built an end-to-end student recheck request workflow with administrative auto-approval, dynamic marksheet linking, and audit logging.
- Implemented an asynchronous bulk SMS and email notification pipeline with ADN SMS gateway integration, Gmail-safe rate limits, and duplicate job prevention.
- Developed zone cloning utilities with automated year-prefix code generation, custodian assignments, and institution registration registries with summary exports.
