An established UAE electrical switchgear manufacturer operated with a legacy, slow WordPress site, unmanaged PDF catalogs, no real-time quotation engineering pipeline, and sluggish multi-megabyte technical asset delivery.
The Approach & Solution
A modern, high-performance industrial platform engineered with Laravel 12, Livewire 3, Tailwind CSS, and Alpine.js — featuring interactive switchgear visualizers, automated RFQ multi-channel notification pipeline, responsive admin CMS, and heavily optimized asset streaming.

- Engineered an interactive engineering RFQ (Request for Quotation) engine with technical specification inputs (amperage, form factors, enclosure ratings) and file attachment pipelines.
- Built automated multi-channel notification architecture dispatching immediate customer receipt confirmations and routing inquiries to admin engineering teams via SMTP.
- Developed an admin content management suite for dynamic navigation menus, sub-menu hierarchy management, project galleries, and authority approval registries.
- Drastically optimized asset delivery by downscaling raw industrial diagrams and certification scans — reducing payload weights by over 90% and enabling native lazy loading.
- Implemented automated daily server backups with cron scheduling, archive rotation, and production server hardening.
